I assume the problem with the passport rule is that it makes all tickets non transferable?

The upside, from the host club point of view, is also that tickets are not transferable

My expectations are tickets being handed out, after telling a hibs person your ST number, and name, probably in or outside a packed pub.

It’ll be Midtjylland that control this, probably with our SLO beside them. They’ll absolutely match passport number (which Hibs will email you for soon) with your ticket. Happened to me countless times abroad with other clubs.

That should be ok, as long as the client reference matches the passport details

Then the passport needs to match the person who picks up the ticket in Denmark.

Yes, my son bought a ticket but my mate will be using it, all his details are on the form with my sons client reference

That might be a problem if the name on the form doesn’t match the name attached to the client reference.

Then he won’t be able to collect his ticket. The name associated with the client reference number needs to match the name on the passport details given and the ticket needs to be picked up by the named person on the ticket with their passport.

If you have put in your mates details alongside your sons client reference number you’ll likely get a call from the ticket office as they won’t match.

    As per the confirmation email.

Tickets purchased can only be used by the supporter asssigned in the below table, tickets will be matched against the Client Reference Number purchased against and the Passport Number provided in the booking process.

Contact the ticket office and ask them to reassign the ticket from you to your season ticket holding mate.
Good suggestion - I did this today and they changed over (although said they wouldn't normally). Now I somehow need to get myself a ticket....

I am taking it is a general email after ticketmaster not requesting it on the season ticket sale

Same for me. Just completed it again as only took 30 seconds.

Probably just went to everyone on the database that bought.
