The prosecution's role is to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt to a jury or judge, not to the general public. The evidence they presented in the Letby case was clearly so convincing that it left the jury in no doubt as to her guilt.
I thought the evidence was overwhelming for her guilt. Who writes “I killed them on purpose” and “I am a horrible and evil person”,“I AM EVIL I DID THIS”. She followed many of the parents of the dead kids on an anonymous Facebook account she set up. The jury gave her not guilty on two deaths, hung jury on 6 and unanimous on 14 deaths, so they looked at the evidence.

Letby said someone in the hospital not her must be killing kids but it wasn't her, the defence team admitted that the insulin death must have been a murder. No other of the 10 nurses on the team were at more than 7 baby deaths in the time frame, Letby was there when 22 babies died. She falsified notes, in one case said there was no breathing tube in, the dr there said it was and changed the record, Letby said she was probably tired when doing the notes. 2 juries and 3 appeals judge's who saw the evidence were convinced by her guilt, I hope she suffers in jail

As an aside if you want to her the evidence, there trial is a good podcast that goes through each days evidence in court
