I thought the game was a good spectacle. Everything about the set up looked clean and sharp.

I'm not really a fan of these games going abroad in any sport but if you are going to do it you may as well do it right and I think the NRL and Super League nailed it.
Would have been nice to have had a tighter game but I broadly agree, I thought League did itself no harm at all with the trip.

If they can become closer to the NRL as a result, it can only be good for the game.

Got my tickets for the Saturday of magic weekend. Can't wait.

just watched the Leeds/Wigan highlights, that was a brilliant header from Ryan Hall for the winning Try Super League: Leeds Rhinos 12-10 Wigan Warriors - Rhinos edge past champions - BBC Sport

i'm sure he meant it as he's been at Elland Road a few times :)

England Australia Ashes series just announced for October November. First Ashes series for 25 years I think. Second test on my birthday at the new Everton stadium as well!

    Superb.

I've registered for advance ticket info for the game at Everton. That will be epic.

the Leeds are falling apart again ditty deserved tonight

14-6 ahead at Warrington then up steps the stupid individual errors, kin ridiculous

incredible right at the end with seconds remaining and Leeds get a scrum on the halfway line, too much mucking around actually getting it started and they run out of time, comical really

    FT 16-14 Warrington

    Leigh 14 Wakefield 30

I thought the yellow card was soft. Players are now just milking some of the hits and the refs / video refs are too quick with the yellows.

Managed to get Ashes tickets for test match at Everton. Looks pretty much sold out already. Booking system wasn’t the easiest

    Agree booking system was terrible.

I had several tickets in basket but went to pay and it said they had gone.

Ended up with them but not in right place I wanted!

Looking forward to visiting Everton. None of the other grounds interested me as been several times.

Good on that terrace but as you say a dry day is needed 😅.

Have a look round the cricket ground too, very good now since built new stand.

Referees getting in the way of what was a great game. 2 red cards for the same tackle that got a yellow earlier in the game.

Hull now hit the front. Very harsh on Leeds who were very good for an hour.

Hull KR and Leeds Rhinos are to meet in Las Vegas next year in the second Super League game to be held in the United States.

They will face off at Allegiant Stadium, the home of NFL side Las Vegas Raiders, on 28 February.
Warrington and Wigan met in the same venue earlier this season, with the Warriors claiming a 48-24 victory.
The Super League game will kick off a triple header of rugby league games also featuring NRL sides Canterbury Bulldogs, Newcastle Knights, North Queensland Cowboys and St George Illawarra Dragons.
The Robins, who top Super League and will face Warrington in next month's Challenge Cup final, and eight-times Grand Final winners Leeds have been selected following an application process led by Rugby League Commercial.

FT 48-30 another great performance but for the love of god Rhinos get a defence :)

i think it will get found wanting again next sunday

did enjoy the "Bus Stop in Wigan, your just a Bus Stop in Wigan" chant, i'll mention it to my brother in law next time i see him :)

elsewhere, in the wheelchair super league Edinburgh Giants fresh after their mauling against Leeds Rhinos last weekend (6-114) i suspect the same again tomorrow against Wigan

Tbf we’ve owned the “bus stop in Wigan” chant over the last couple of years so it doesn’t have the same effect these days.

Very tired performance in defence, but won’t be many teams scoring 30 points at Headingley this season. Can’t help but think that staying on in France until Monday affected preparations for last night. Even us fans managed to get back on Sunday and back in work Monday! (Great trip btw)

We did a night in Girona (lovely place) and two nights in Perpignan which was great.

Not something I’d fancy, but 22 busloads from Lloret de Mar was some going!
