Some people seems a bit miffed and others are a bit more relaxed. It happens. Personally I was hoping we might see some more Bournemouth players coming our way and it might happen yet. But I’m not miffed about this one - especially if its true that the hun are covering the bulk of his wage.

I think it’s difficult to get players from Bournemouth where it suits all parties.

Anyone who has been signed as a first team player by them at any point, even if out of favour but still contracted, probably doesn’t see their next move as being to Hibs. At the other end of the scale, we’re probably not that interested in young players that aren’t going to come in and play.

Our best chance of getting a good player from them, IMO, is if they are signing a player but see a spell at us as being part of their development before going in to their first team. Even at that, it still needs to be a player we need.

I don’t have any issue with them loaning to another team. It might work the other way round one day where we have a player we want to sell to one of Bournemouths competitors.

No, it’s to share resources and ideas. We may well get the odd player but Bournemouth have one of the smallest squads in the Premiership. Unlike the bigger clubs they simply don’t have a big pool of quality players they can just loan out.

I think the whole point of the tie-up is the clubs working together which we seem to be doing . The player that’s going to Sevco would have probably been an unrealistic target for us for a few reasons in what we could pay compared to sevco and who the player would prefer to join as well .

Maybe we were offered the keeper if we could guarantee him regular game time ? Again I don’t think that suited both clubs which I think any deals for their players needs to do . I wonder would fans prefer if we were obliged to take any players that Bournemouth offered us instead ? .

Doesn't need to be from Bournemouth though surely players from Lorient or Moreirense who fit the bill.

Off a brief look he looks a good player. 30 Appearances in Portuguese top flight last year. I would imagine he would be instead of Triantis though? Couldn't imagine them both coming.

I know Kwon wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea but Gray definitely tried to give him every opportunity to succeed. Maybe he sees this guy as doing the role he wanted Kwon to do?

personally I hope Iredale kicks him into the stand when we play Rangers. If a fellow Black Knights team are happy to loan him to a rival, then im happy for us to injure him out for the season. Alls fair.. it’s only business, we couldn’t afford him.. etc

Same, thought he played well every time he was called upon last season, can see him wanting a move for more game time.

Ismael started 25 times for Moreirense last season, they finished 10th in the league, so a similar standard to us you'd imagine. Market value of 1.5mil Euros according to Transfermarkt.
