Genuinely shocked to discover that this is a serious group. So cringeworthy.
what's so cringe worthy about them, out of interest?

    1) Israel bomb gazza and accidentally hit hospitals (so often as to put them out of action) and kill many civilians because they say Hamas have based a legitimate target nearby. And claim total vindication as a result.

    2) Iran bombs a hospital, also by accident, as they claim Israel in turn have a legitimate target next door... luckily no deaths (when I heard the news)

Because of 2) Israel politician states the Iranian leader needs extermination

    That about right?

It really does need to stop and the Palestinians given their homeland.

I deplore the extremists that are in charge of Iran, and their often stated determination to eradicate the nation of Israel....

....but that's an incredible level of hypocrisy from the Israeli government.

Tbf if my new neighbour had been attacking me and moving his fence up over my garden, closer and closer to my house, I'd probably want to get rid of him too.

They've not exactly done themselves any favours over the past 70 years when it comes to making pals in the region.

I know we have one of the worlds most centralised democracies but the PM deciding the Glasto line up is surely a step too far?

"The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has said its attacks on Israel will continue, as it said it will respond to the US airstrikes overnight.

In comments reported by Reuters, it said US bases in the Middle East are a “point of vulnerability”.

It said the US had placed itself directly “at the front line of aggression” by attacking nuclear facilities that Iran claims are peaceful. The IRGC said the program cannot be destroyed by an attack."

Pathetic. Won’t be long until any kind of support for the Palestinian people will see you classed as a “terrorist”. A Labour Government? Hopefully we soon see the end of this neo fascist bunch of clowns

Why would they need weapons grade uranium for peaceful nuclear purposes .

The only logical answer is to make nuclear weapons

They don’t have weapons grade uranium, per IAEA.

I'm increasingly confused by my stance on this whole situation now.

I saw the people holding signs yesterday with a picture of Ali Khamenei and the slogan 'choose the right side of history' and instantly thought they were ****ing idiots. Nothing about the regime in Iran is the right side of history. But then the current Israeli government certainly isn't the right side of history, the US acting as world police isn't either and Hamas claims are somewhat flimsy as well.

It's a 4 way fight now with none of the main players as the good guys. Even in the nuanced world of geopolitics there is usually one 'side' that is the least bad. Sadly the biggest victims will, as always, be the innocents on all sides (probably excluding the US unless some cannon fodder is sent in).
PM Awards General Poster of The Year 2015, 2016, 2017. Probably robbed in other years

The group member quoted here sounds a bit unhinged:

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cq6m24v7910o

I sometimes wonder how these activists sustain themselves day to day. Do they have jobs? A look at the names of some of the Just Stop Oil activists arrested...Lucia Whittaker De Aberu, Cressida Gethin, Phoebe Plummer and Indigo Rumbelow...gives the impression that funding's not a pressing consideration. I think there's an overlap between them, Extinction Rebellion and Palestine Action so perhaps they're just wealthy enough to agitate full time.

It's almost like we've never seen the claims of weapons of mass destruction claim made before.

I suppose proof isn't required, if one's belief is strong enough.

Per IAEA they have uranium enriched to 80% , 3-5% is all that's required to generate electricity. 90% for a bomb . It doesn't take columbo to figure out what they're upto

"After sharing the footage, a spokesperson said: "Despite publicly condemning the Israeli government, Britain continues to send military cargo, fly spy planes over Gaza and refuel US and Israeli fighter jets."

    Yeah that's really unhinged .

    More insanity here

"When our government fails to uphold their moral and legal obligations, it is the responsibility of ordinary citizens to take direct action."

Almost reaching fever point on this one,

"Pressed on whether the group had crossed a line by targeting a military site with a role in protecting the UK's national security, Mr Farouky responded by outlining the group's objectives.

He said Palestine Action's "whole reason for being is to break the material supply chain to genocide" and said Friday's incident was an "escalation in tactics because the genocide has escalated".

So you’re in agreement with me? The IEAE say they don’t currently have weapons grade uranium?

Yeah, they all sound really posh and it's not posh people's remit in this country to act as protesters.

They should be building up their share portfolios and stacking up their untaxable, offshore trusts and share portfolios. That's how we like our toffs.

    Stay in your lane, Indigo.
