I think it’s always safer to take your receipt, at least you can prove you bought the items

There is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.

I’m gonna hazard a guess that the culprit here is thermal mass…soaks up all that heat during the day then is releasing it overnight. Like one big storage heater

Took my dog out around 3 hours ago for a walk and it was more hotter tonight than it was during the day!

Thank **** for solar power storage. My air conditioning is running 24/7 at the moment. It's only about 24C and the air is relatively cool, but there's not a cloud in the sky and my house is absorbing the heat like a storage heater.

Having to pay nursery fees when you take your kid out for the day/week. I get it in theory, but they also want advance notice which allows them to change shifts/fill the space with another kid. It should be like a ST release at Hibs and I get some discount back on next month's fees or something.
    Mon the Hibs.

My pet peeve is parents complaining about paying a space they were fully aware of the rules for when signing contracts

I could go on about parents but I’d probably lose my business

Trends in youngsters, ****ing hell, a few years ago it was young laddies with grey joggers with their hands constantly checking if their balls had dropped, then it was the rucksack style bags strapped to their backs, probably containing their balls.

Then it was the all black look, out with the grey joggers and in with the black joggers and hoodies/black puffer style jackets.

Then the buggy brigade, young lassies red bulled out of their skulls pushing their newly popped oot snotty faced sprogs. Yesterday was funny, around 5 or 6 young lassies probably between 12 and 14 each sucking on babies dummies !! WTF 🤣

Trend this year over here for lassies seems to be to be as close to naked as possible. The last few years it was trousers so tight that it left little to the imagination, now that has been topped by making the incredibly tight trousers to 80% see through. It's only early in the summer but I've already seen things that I'll never be able to unsee. Some fashions should really just stay on the catwalk.

a burger that’s at least two times too big to be eaten as a burger.

If I want a burger I want to eat it like a burger. I dinnae want to have to cut parts of it out and assemble a mouthsize bit on a fork

That's why they invented something called the smash burger. A thin pattie that you can actually eat in a bun.

You get dummies with a cannabis oil in them, like a bit Rock you suck, so I’m told anyway.

Erm summer sports is either cricket or tennis, unless there's a world or European championships on, summer sports are boring as hell.

Hard agree on this one. Actually puts me off ordering burgers in some places, I’m not wanting to have to get a knife and fork in about a burger ffs. Totally unnecessary.

My washing machine has the annoying ability to take a duvet cover and turn it inside out during the wash cycle and then fill the cover with all the other items in the machine leaving a big bag full of damp items.
