    Disliked Hibs XI

My mate and I were discussing players at Hibs we just couldn’t take to and this was the XI we came up with

    Maxwell

    Docherty
    Nelson
    Forster
    McGivern

    Tudor Jones
    Haalberg

    Drey Wright
    Kamberi
    Soares

    Collins

(Limited myself to only a couple of the 5-1 team while all could be valid)

    I liked Hallberg.

I’d chuck in Demetri Mitchell and Islam Feruz.

Really surprised about a couple of those!

Forster I liked when he initially broke through (clearly recent news completely changes my mind on him)

Docherty I liked because I thought he was a good player, it was his antics after that made me think less of him

Hallberg just seemed a good guy and player imo

Kamberi I absolutely loved during that first loan and thought we’d won a watch getting him permanently.

    Agree about Maxwell, Nelson, Tudor Jones and Soares. I’d add;

    Scott Robertson
    Paul Heffernan
    Rowan Vine
    Gary Deegan
    Matt Done
    Sean O’Hanlon
    Roy Odonovan

Never disliked any of them, just never took to them or wasn’t bothered about them. Most from a certain era which says it all

    Middleton deserves a starting spot.

Oof. A reminder of bleak times with that list of yours.

Haalberg really? I actually thought he was pretty decent. Definitely not worthy of a place in this team anyway. Guess that's opinions for you!

Tom James and Josh Vela were 2 abysmal signings.

Vela was just miles off the pace with everything and James refused to tackle anyone.

Shefki Kuqi could barely move by the time he arrived at Hibs. I remember up at pittodrie he must've had a 10 yard head start on an Aberdeen player who caught up with him with ease

Who was the wee Portuguese player? Pretty handy on his day. Liked to give the fans stick in the press. Didn't like him.

Can't agree with Agathe, thought he could have been tremendous for us if he'd stayed longer. Bit harsh on Chris Killen too IMHO.

Definitely didn’t mind Hallberg, always kept a wee eye out while he was at St Johnstone !

Is it while at Hibs are after they have left? Some of the names being mentioned just don't make sense if folk are saying they were disliked while playing for the club.

    Danny Swanson.

Just couldn't take to him. Pretending to be a Hearts fan. Just weird.

Jake Doyle-Hayes. Never really took to him at the time he was with us. Can't say the passing of time or recent events have changed that.

    Josh Vela
    Jake Doyle Hayes
    Owain Tudor-Jones

Manager probably has to be Terry Butcher but an un-honourable mention for Nick Montgomery who can be his assistant with Billy Brown.

If it's when they played for us, it's harsh. If it's based on crimes that may have been allegedly committed (may actually have been convicted, but I don't remember),then he definitely gets in.

Aiden mgeady forgot all about him. Hated him when he was here. Showed us no respect even in interviews when he played here.

    Agree, he's a wee gimp.

Couldn't take to Jackson Irvine whatsoever. And a piss poor cup final performance still annoys me

    Same for Jamie Murphy tbh

He is probably up there with the biggest disappointment. A really good player who for whatever reason just didn't really get going for us. Seems a really nice guy as well.

There's a whole host of guys I dislike after playing for us. But not many ever get me that worked up while still playing for us. I'll keep this to how I felt about them in the moment of watching them play -

    Bursik

    Murdoch
    McGivern
    McPake

    Done
    Kerr
    Tudor-Jones
    Ewan Henderson
    Alan O'Brien

    Danny Haynes
    Heffernan
