They don't seem to be too chuffed over on Hun Media
I find myself warming to Martin despite his new job.
Mature, sensible signature required for responsible position. Good prospects for the right candidate. Apply within.

I've always found him intriguing. His lifestyle is a bit different from the norm, as far as fitba players go.

I'm particularly interested in his use of hypnotherapy. I have a book written by his therapist, which I dip into now and then.

    I dunno.

Every time a seemingly normal guy takes the job there, he very quickly tries to be pwopa. Expect Martin to be the same.

He's a member of the Green Party. 1 point against.

His father subjected his mother to domestic abuse and did stardy. 1 point in favour (for some of them).

He's a Buddhist. That could be a point in favour or against when's its revealed whether he's a kafflick Buddhist or a protistint wan.

I appear to be in the minority but I think Martin will be a good appointment

Unsure why they’re so angry at it

The number of changes currently underway at Rangers include New Investors, New Sporting Director, New Head of Recruitment, New Technical Director, New Chairman, New Board Vice Chair, New Manager, and a likely clear out of maybe 5/6 players, the same coming in.

Given this will be new to all of them, and the possibility that it will all take time to bed in, if we kick on, is second place in the league a real possibility?

The Rangers have gone for a manager to address their big problem last season - killing off league games. You'd think Martin's attacking style will benefit them against most domestic opponents. His stubbornness may kill them in other fixtures though.

It's a big risk though. And as you say, there will be lots of new faces there this summer, all with their own opinions. Some teething issues would be very welcome!
