We really need to attract more fans to our games, we play better football than hearts, but we have less fans going to Easter road, what do we need to attract them, personally I would like a couple of players who would attract more fans to come to games

What have Hearts got to do with it?

What's Hearts, what's Hearts got to do with it?
Who needs the Hearts when the Hearts can be broken?

For a stadium with a capacity of 18/19k there always seems to be a lot of empty seats at Tynecastle. I'd wager there was more going to Easter Road if it was bums on seats being counted.

When all you've got left is your own belief in bigliness and how important it is to you.
It must have been a bad season down at Edinburgh's smallest top flight football stadium.

Hearts have a bigger fanbase than us, not by hundreds of thousands but by a few. It's probably reflected in the relatively higher average attendance they have had the last few seasons.
Hibs trend is good. In 94/95 our average was 8751, in 14/15 it was 10170 and last season it was 17082. That's almost doubled in 20 years and up significantly in the last 10. The fans are doing their part which generally means the club are doing theirs.PM Awards General Poster of The Year 2015, 2016, 2017. Probably robbed in other years

Biggly FC have a small unsightly stadium with a capacity not far short of what their over fertive egos have imagined its average attendances to be.
The Walter Mitty Stadium would need to have been at full capacity for more than 90% of their matches yet everyone, who doesn't wear a cardigan, can see that's never been the case."The power of accurate observation is frequently called cynicism by those who don't have it" - George Bernard Shaw.

If they haven't realised it already, in the years to come our Jambo chums are going to have to face the fact that the design of their new main stand was a massive mistake.

I'm not even convinced they've got more fans than they had individual creditors on their list of shame if you counted all the poor Lithuanian pensioners separately.

Is the name At Last 61 a reference to how many years since Hearts last won a League Cup?
Because it's actually worse than that...63 years by the time the next final comes around...
Pitiful record

This season I think they were only averaging an extra thousand or so, and thats off the back of 3 really good years in the league, Hibs just came off 3 brutal seasons in the league, as we know a winning team always brings out more fans, will be interesting to see the figures of the upcoming season.

Signing Shankland will give us a boost. Glad we turned down Gordon’s approach.
