So the Stock Market collapses after the introduction of Tariffs, the internet is full of people saying "now is the time to buy stocks", Trumps pals load their portfolios, fully aware that stocks will bounce back quickly when the courts announce the tariffs are in fact illegal and block them, the buyers of these stocks are rewarded as the share prices re-inflate and Trump takes a few kickbacks, probably to cover the interest on his Russian debt.

This is the biggest cash grab ever seen, insider trading doesn't cover it, this is insider manipulation.

All of the above is IMO.

Absolutely insider trading, it happens all over the world constantly though it just so happens this is very very much in the public eye. Will anything be done about it? Absolutely not, the rich just get richer.

As always if you have a bit of money it's generally pretty easy to make more money pretty quickly especially at times like this!

Which is funny when you look at the GameStop situation the other year which was heavily influenced by average joes rather than the mega rich. Trading on those shares was very quickly suspended.

Hard to disagree with, the grift was the first priority he had amidst the smokescreen of noise on other fronts. That and the Trump crypto wheeze.

Would trust the BBC, flawed though it may be, ahead of Trump's clowns.

Now the holy ground open to all again, can I suggest we update the title of this thread.

Something like ‘The 45th & 47th, Current, Reigning, Defending President of the United States - Donald J Trump’

Seems more accurate and up to date?

‘The ****bag’ would be even more accurate.

Making a great case for shutting it off again with needless antagonistic ***** like this.

It’s exactly the sort of thing that got it shut off in the first place.
