The more i see the red card, compared to the palace one last week, its a poor call. I think if you're not sending the Palace keeper off at the edge of the box because he's going away from goal, not sure how you can even consider giving that. Either both are reds or neither. Out wide, covering defenders, it's a very, very hard chance if he gets through even without the keeper in the goals.

He might have got away with a slight obstruction or if he just brushed Hojland on the way by - the fact it was so cynical has probably upgraded it.

Yeah I can defo see why it's given, it's more lack of consistency that bugs me. If you're sending him off there, gotta send of Henderson in the FA cup final too. Can't set a precedent by saying 'he was going away from goal' then send someone off for a similar situation but 20y further out.

If thats a clear red so is the Palace one. Either both are reds or neither, one is closer in and more of a chance and no red given, this one miles out, covering defenders and a red given. Reason Henderson wasn't sent off was as 'he was going away from goal'.
