I’ve never known a feegood factor like it around the club ,out all day yesterday the amount of people I spoke to were either Renewing ,a number had bought first time in a while and a few were definitely purchasing asap due to finances etc ,if we don’t match the record we won’t be far of it ,so good to be a Hibby at this moment in time ,3 teams in Europe next season WTF
I honestly canny wait for the pre season fixtures never mind the best bit a couple of trips /jolly’s to Europe supporting the mighty Hibees bring it on

The amount of people I overheard yesterday saying how they had caught the bug and enjoyed being back at ER this season was mad. I think we are about to see record breaking season ticket numbers for next season.
If folk aren’t buying season tickets now then they newer will imo

I reckon we've sold somewhere between 12,200 and 13,400 season tickets to date - some going.

There are around 2,700 seats unsold in the three home stands. Excluding around 1,500 hospitality seats and 3,800 in the South Stand, which are all marked as unavailable, this means that we've sold about 12,200 season tickets. I've assumed that we've sold hospitality seats at the same rate as the rest of the stadium, and this takes the number up to about 13,400.
There are now around 2,000 unsold seats in the three home stands. Applying the same logic to the comfy seats, we've sold between 12,900 and 14,200 season tickets.

What is our record season ticket number?

The report from the new Fan Rep forum says it is already a record number of season tickets sold. I suspect they are waiting for the Cup Final and will use Europe as another enticement if Celtc win

I think it was maybe around 14k under Lennon 2017/18? Not sure if that included half STs sold mid-season though.

I think it’s a new record at this stage rather than it being higher sales than ever

Once group stages European football is confirmed I'd imagine that will be an added incentive.

Think it was 13.5k officially that year. But yeah, might have been 14k when all said and done.

Missing a trick not offering a Cat B season ticket for the South.

Old Firm teams, absolutely agree. But not a fan of cutting away allocations for the rest of the teams. Football is all about the fans and if they're willing to travel in numbers then they should get a ticket.

Is there demand for it? I don’t know anyone who’d buy a season ticket which excludes tickets for the derby.

I'd consider a cat B ticket assuming there was a sizeable price drop (more likely if it's excl OF too and not just Hearts).
    Mon the Hibs.

Half an away stand is plenty for every team outside the OF and hearts. Aberdeen bring a big crowd but they cut our allocation to 900 last month. **** em

Just pointless tit-for-tat though and ends up with smaller away fans in every stadium. Dundee Utd can bring a decent crowd too, granted, mainly when they're doing well.

If we can fill half the south with Hibs fans then away allocations should be reduced. If we can’t then increase the away tickets

    Correct.

    Honestly pointless.

I agree. I raised this point with our SLO for the Hibernian Supporters panel gathering this week
I agree with cutting Rangers and Celtic away supports if it’s something we can do without hurting Hibs finances
All the other clubs need each other to fill our grounds

No offence but hope the SLO looks after Hibs fans before away fans.

We've had them before. Would probably buy a couple for next season if on offer at a descent price. Don't do 12 or 12.30 kickoffs so usually miss oldfirm games and if hearts is a 3pm kick off which it rarely is can usually pick up a ticket anyway.

Hibs control what goes at on ER re ticket allocations. We have an excellent SLO who looks after Hibs fans wherever they go.
We have a slightly larger and modern stadium that other teams apart from Rangers and Celtic. Just want a fair allocation wherever we go

Offering a Category B ticket in the South for every team except Hearts would be ****ing amazing. The Glasgow teams will be absolutely apoplectic.

Id buy one for me and my 4 year old son, a good way to introduce him to the less vitriolic matches on top of his Hibs Kids matches

Hearts get 4k in the South, but give us a reduced capacity in the Roseburn of about 3k, so **** them as well. Give 'em half the South if we're on a roll next season.

It is actually nearer 2,500 due to front rows and both corner sections being taped off!

The Hearts allocation needs to be addressed.

If they need to corner off sections of a stand due to their fans not being able to behave it should come from their side, not ours considering we already give them about 1k more tickets.

It's more than that we get. The stand holds 3400 according to this article: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66167800

3k seems a good estimate, as there aren't as many as 900 seats cordoned off.

Not only that, given there are plenty of seasons ticket seats still available in all 3 home stands, we are way off needing to be selling them in the South.
