Wonder if that colour of green is a clue for 1 of next season kits

Delighted with this, would have been mental not to get him to sign a new deal after the season he’s had.

Thought we had the option of taking the extra year in his contract so he really hasn’t signed a new deal or have I got this wrong.

Yeah we had the option, which we have opted to go for.

Had hoped for a two year deal for Boyle , happy he’s staying a year all the same .

Also sure I read somewhere we were trying to get him tied up for two years on less money per week but more over the two years, so looks like he decided against signing .

Nobody knows what the negotiations were apart from those taking part.Thevrest of it is speculation-most of it on here.

Sad news with Gayle then they get us back up with the news of Boyles extension.

Did go through a little spell where he would probably admit he deserved the criticism, has stepped it up the last 6 months or so and will be vital for next season again.

Another of our corse squad members sorted for another year.

    Rocky
    Triantis
    Holiett
    Myko

Still To go. Three from that four stay and I’m delighted.

The best thing about this transfer window for me is that we can make a fair £ from selling Vente and Youan despite the fact they haven’t contributed this season. Normally the only way we make good transfer money is by loosing our best players.

I think we will be trying for all four. I suspect Triantis might be the most tricky and take the longest to agree especially if it’s a loan deal.

Rocky is 50/50 for me. The passion he shows every game, including his celebration for our first goal on Wednesday and his post match celebrations make me almost convinced he wants to stay. At the same time I reckon he will get a good offer form Europe and with one eye on securing his international spot, he might well be tempted.

I agree Triantis will be the hardest. I suspect he’s open to staying, once again with one eye on the World Cup. Sunderland winning the playoff will help but then it comes down to who else wants him.

I think Holliett stays if we want him to, and I don’t see why we wouldn’t.

I think Myko should be easy to negotiate. Swansea probably don’t want him back, and 1 year left on his contract makes a Loan next season pointless.

Has he signed a new deal or is this an extention of his current contract 🤔

The championship play off final between Sheffield Utd and Sunderland on the same day as the Scottish Cup Final will have the biggest influence on it. Sunderland going up will probably be our best hope

Would keep all four. Would like to see what Vente could do in this team, but know he wants away. Youan I'd love it to work out with him here.

I think it is the one year option the club had on his existing contract
