I don't think they are. The (alleged) disparity comes about because cars and steel carry a higher tariff and are a larger proportion of the UK's exports to the US than is the case for the EU. That would still be the case if we were in the EU so Brexit has no relevance here as far as I can see.

I don't know much about them as cars, but I drove behind one recently and it had BUILD YOUR DREAMS in big letters across the back. The appearance of a car is normally last on my list of priorities after cost, efficiency, practicality etc (I drive a Kona EV and it's pretty ugly), but I think I'd draw the line at driving about in the equivalent of a 'live laugh love' poster.
