Hit the crossbar, hit the post, must be a third coming surely?

Update: Celtic 1 Hearts 1. Former Hibee Amy Gallacher.
That'll do. Just need a Rangers leveller.

    Job done.
    Every gimmick hungry yob,
Digging gold from rock and roll

    4 games to go. Hearts (A), G.City (H), Celtic (H), Rangers (A).

In such an unpredictable season and everyone taking points from everyone, 2 wins in our next 2 could be enough.

Hearts have had the upper hand in derbies so we need to rectify that first

It was a bizarre team selection for the last Derby match, for whatever reason. get the full strength team out and put things right.

As the father of a 14 year old girl who plays at a relatively high level and wants to take her football as far as she can, I am delighted with this.
FA have now followed the SFA's lead I see.

Was going to comment on that being a hard run but realise now they also have a split in the league so makes sense and no worse than others.
    Mon the Hibs.

Agreed. Even with the team selection though, Hibs were 1-0 up for the majority of the match and I felt they rather threw it away with a couple of rather soft late goals.

Totally, if McGovern's header goes in there's no way back from 2-0 for Hearts but we looked ropey at the back with out Shiv.

Anyway, that's done now, lets put things right in the next game.

This is such a nervy few final games. To win the league this year would be astonishing given last years form. No matter what happens, they’ve done us proud

Grant, his back room team and the players deserve massive credit, no matter the outcome of the next 4 games, for the turn around this season. It’s been incredible!

A few of us at were at the sponsors night last night and the women were all on good form. Realistic that it's a tough run in but confident they are good enough. As was pointed out by everyone who was speaking the whole club is buzzing now with the men, women and under 18s all having a successful season. You get the feeling it is a great place to be working right now. Joe Newell spoke well about the women and it feels there is a fair bit of unity between the squads.

A special mention for Mya Christie. She is currently out on loan and out of contract at seasons end so it would be easy for her to feel a bit detached from things. She was at our table and was absolutely full of enthusiasm for Hibs. She spent the whole night talking to my daughter about everything from Bluey to Man Utd Women. A great ambassador for the club and I hope she has a great career, be that at Hibs or elsewhere.

Would be massive to break the Herts Hex on us.

The change of format to split has made end of season even more interesting with every game crucial.

I wonder how much having girls at EM has helped whole club unity? The plan to expand EM and have women in current part and a new men's campus will make it some set up- I remember the angst among many when EM came around but it has proved crucial and will continue to be for club developing both talent and culture and attracting players. ( I was for it from the start and as I lived near used to pop and see u18 games which was great way to connect with club)

I don't think they have a hex on us. Pretty sure the last couple of times the derby's been at Tynecastle we've won. Hearts women have also not been around long enough to establish a hex.

Do they not train at Meadowbank? Or is that just the younger ones I saw there a wee while back?

Last year we won 3 and drew 1 but finished below them. This year we've only won 1 but are well above them. Just the competitiveness of the league. Maybe they just raise their game that more against us

Sounds familiar to the men's derby, where we hear Hearts players refer to bring schooled in the importance of the derby (pretty much above all else) as soon as they sign for the club.
