Their squad is dug meat. They put too much responsibility on Wilson's shoulders, and he couldn't make up for the poor return from international class passenger Shankland.
I think Critch got about as much as he could out of them given those circumstances.

Stand back and wait for the delusions of grandeur, hilariously out of reach Managers suggested for the short list. Mind they all thought they should go for Davie Moyes last time.

As others have said, Critchley suffered the Hibs factor. He hasn't exactly set the heather on fire but 4th since he came in isn't that bad. They never factored Hibs going on the unbeaten run and having the upper hand in derbies and going for 3rd/europe. Hertz simply can't handle the hibees pumping them. If we were bottom 6 beside them Critchley would probably still be in a job. So it's actually SDGs fault.

Hopefully not Robinson. Let's hope the Commodore 64 selects another diddy.

As long as we keep going on unbeaten runs, they'll continue to sack managers. It is and always has been all about us.

Please oh please I'd love for them to outdo themselves and stick Steven Pressley in charge.
There is a guy who optimised their overall turncoat mentality. Wouldn't it be a sight to behold him banging his hand off the table in press conferences "the reason I'm banging my hand off this table is because.....".

Preston on the radio earlier in the season when discussing Hearts poor form actually said the Hearts board are lucky Hibs are struggling too.

Wayne Rooney for me, with all his car crash attempts at being a manager though I can't see their bingo ball machine spinning out his name though.

“I am pretty confident Shankland, Dhanda, Vargas and Spittal can really hurt most teams in the league. Really hurt them.”
Ouch.

Ian Evatt seems decent. Kim Hellberg a bit of a wildcard. McGlynn or McInnes probably more the types to get them up for Derbys but I’m not sure hearts will go for either, or that the pair would fancy it even if hearts wanted them.
Rooney or Ferguson just hilarious.
