    I’m sure I said on the match thread on the day that the first was a red card instantly, and would have said so if it was a Hibs player.

    I can’t comment on the Devlin consistent fouling because there was a small mark on the wall behind the TV that was really irritating me and holding my attention better than the second half was !

    ps … don’t know if it’s possible to listen to it again, but if you do .. he makes plain and clear what he is hoping for .. and it wasn’t even in jest, ie, the norm defence for such comments when challenged. They clearly are in a place where they think they can say such things and not be challenged … as if that is what the BBC is for nowadays .. and sadly, that seems to be true now.

    edit … sorry, see it was replied to already .. but point remains … BBC Scotland Sport are a total joke nowadays, and those leading it clearly are doing as they personally want … in total opposition to what the BBC is supposed to represent. Says it all about them.

    A few years back now but remember both Preston and Robertson taking great delight when Ross county equalised at ER in the cup. Genuinely cheering. On no planet would it happen the other way round

    As Critchley hasn't been sacked it seems he'll be getting to start next season. That explain's the deflection statement, gaslighter McKinlay can't admit Jamestown Analytic has already been a failure as it would put him in the firing line.

    Looking forward to them Cathro'ing their League Cup campaign.

    Absolutely. A bit like Clement after the game at ER when he turned it into a circus around a pen we got awarded, Critchley will be delighted as the story should have been about him losing his job. The club are surely trying to lead with this to avoid making a difficult and costly decision.

    Going by the highlights, I thought Devlin was lucky to not see red for his first booking, completely misses the ball and goes right into the Don's player's ankle. Definitely a "you've seen it given" moment

    Pretty funny that they got their first chance to troll us since early December and it coincides with them losing at home to Dundee, being dragged into a relegation battle and sacking their second manager of the season.

    I'd imagine that a late-season defeat to Dundee in particular would be sensitive for them, and maybe that was what prompted what they've done tonight. Have they ever succumbed to the Dens team this far into a campaign? I can't remember that ever happening to them, and maybe that was enough for them to call time?
