Did it a while back. Enough sunshine today to charge my storage up to 67%, that's easily a day's electricity for me in January and most days in the summer I'm getting paid for producing it. Best thing I've done in the last few years. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I've got something similar, the installers made a few different cock ups which they did resolve to an extent but the overall system doesn't work to full capacity. They messed up with the inverter, so one of the strings wasn't giving enough voltage to let the inverter know it was there.
They gave us another inverter FOC to resolve it but it has capped the performance at 3.5kw despite having 4.9kw of panels.
It's something I want to resolve in the near future as we are missing out on production and money."...when Hibs won the Scottish Cup final and that celebration, Sunshine on Leith? I don’t think there’s a better football celebration ever in the game.”

They have peak generation periods so you get paid a premium for selling back to the grid at peak times (4-7pm) and cheaper import rates overnight so you can force-charge the batteries overnight when it’s cheaper, especially good in the winter when generation is way down in the day."...when Hibs won the Scottish Cup final and that celebration, Sunshine on Leith? BYD now biggest electric car company and China will be more than 50% electric car sales next year.
They are very cheap and good quality to be fair.

BP announce they are dropping climate friendliness and going all out on fossil fuels. Super.

This probably won’t happen because it benefits Scotland but it really should. We have been giving the go ahead for windmills all these years while England refused. We should be benefitting.

Good that there’s still progress being made in some corners of the globe whilst others seem hell bent on sticking us all in reverse.

They weren’t worried about the postcode lottery when it came to putting windmills up. If Labour don’t go through with zonal pricing it will be a kick in the teeth once again for Scots.
