The Flaming Lips next week at The Usher Hall then Leftfield at The Barrowlands in June.

Both gigs will include songs I would put in my top 10.

Seen a few photos & videos. The production looked mental!

    It was

Inflatables, costumes, massive screen and a giant balloon saying F*** Yeah Edinburgh thrown into the crowd at the end

Loads of confetti that was everywhere. I swear I saw some on Duke Street yesterday that I wouldn’t the surprised was from someone at the gig

Going to see The Pogues at Barrowlands tomorrow night. 40 years since ‘Rum, Sodomy and the Lash.’

The Pogues gig was brilliant. Only 3 original members but the guest musicians and singers were absolutely top quality. I hadn’t been to Barrowlands in 35 years for a gig and it hasn’t changed a bit. Great venue.

Grabbed a ticket to see Architects in Cardiff this October, no Scottish dates and couldn't get a ticket for Manchester or London. Only got into them last year after the magic of the YouTube algorithm played me one of their songs.

As you can probably tell from my avatar, I'm also a fan!

Enjoy! Been a fan since 'Hollow Crown', and I was quite annoyed they followed the recent trend of 'UK tours' with no Scottish dates.

They're not the greatest live act I've ever seen (Sam's voice rarely holds up to be honest) but it was a nice experience to see both Josh Middleton and Tom Searle live in previous iterations of the band.

Love the new record, but nothing will come close to the 'Lost Together//Lost Forever' > 'Holy Hell' run of albums (a quite unrivalled trio IMO).
It's hard to stitch my own back with these shaky hands
But even harder to accept the scars you left were planned

A bit off the wall maybe but absolutely brilliant.

Off to the Barrowlands on Tuesday to see Dinosaur Jr.

Never actually been to it before, where do folk park when they go?

I asked this very question and got very helpful replies on her!

The last time I was there we parked to the right of the Barras when you’re outside. Just up the road towards Morrisons

Round the back there’s a eee car park sometimes manned sometimes not!

Not a gig but took in Moulin Rouge at the weekend at the Playhouse a modern take on the movie

Spent half the night trying to guess what song they were singing as I am slow on the uptake

Vibrant production with good fast flowing storyline with excellent performances from all the principals

    A spectacular spectacular
