Agree with some of your points but I don't see any defenders on that list and can't think of many either. Even the likes of Porteous is now 26 and I'm not sure he's progressing.

His comments during the Hibees Buzz were along the lines of 'I've always felt Australian, I'm confident in my game and I'll keep doing what I'm doing'. He also referred to the fact the Australian management team are obviously watching our games given there are 3 others in the squad.

There was no reference to, 'but I'd be open to a conversation with Steve Clarke' or anything to suggest he was wanting a Scotland call up. Which tbh, is quite admirable.
