I was thinking the same. Seems a bit more sedate then I expected .

I don't think the weird way they do the steps up at Wembley helps.

Congratulations to Newcastle Fans, they deserve a bit of success for once. I’ve always found geordies to be lovely people on the whole. It’s a shame for them that they don’t have an anthem to sing like we do.. or the balls to invade the pitch

Would have been delighted for the Toon if this had happened under John Hall.
Under Ashley or the current regime, not so much.

Newcastle could well have seen that out comfortably but the linesman's error AND the length of that VAR check really didn't help Liverpool. If it's a goal and given by the linesman, or the game restarts relatively short and simple check, then that might've been a completely different five minutes.

Name n shame. Bet you can’t.
I'm not really one for trawling through the transfer thread to name and shame greenlex. This forum should be a wee bit better than that.

But there were quite a few.

PSG 2 OM 0 at halftime. The best team in europe at the moment just so clinical.
A friend of mine (from Edinburgh originally ) jeremy klayman has the commentator gig on Amazons coverage, He doesnt have the benefit of an anchor or a co commentator but doing a good job imo.

I'd love to see Marseille approaching something like relevance again. Great team they had in the early 90s (scandals aside)

If Atleti win its ridiculous how tight La Liga is! If Barca win their game in hand there's a point separating the top three. Insane.

LiVARpool will be due one of their ‘decisions’ in the last part of this game.

There’s the reason I dislike VVD so much.

Champions league qualification looks likely for OM this season, but Qatar would need to lose interest in their wee pet project for any other team to win ligue 1 again IMO. The financial gap is just too wide (and Marseille are in the top 20 clubs in Europe by turnover).

    3-1 PSG fulltime

Delighted for the people of Newcastle - 70 years without a domestic trophy for a single club city is a fair chunk of time. Regime or not, I'm sure they'll be enjoying this for a while.

Don't know what the big deal is, it's just the league cup. Everyone has won that recently....

Masterclass of a 2nd half from Barca.

With Yamal, Pedri, Gavi, Casado & Cubarsi in their side there are years of joy ahead watching Barca play.
