Just finished Toxic Town, loved it. Now. Starting Zero Hour with Robert De Nero.

I think I'll give Homicide: Life on the Street a try, looking for something to watch.

Just finished Dexter: Original Sin, decent enough watch. Good performance from the English actor (Patrick Gibson) who plays young Dexter.

Not watched toxic town yet, it is the talk of our town at the moment.
Regarding the wire, would recommend giving it a watch, Omar will be always be one of my favourite characters in any show.
Have not long finished Oz again which was another classic HBO shows.

The Wire is still the best TV series ever made IMO.

Ed Burns was the former cop who worked with Simon on that, plus then becoming screenwriter on The Corner and The Wire. He worked in the Homicide unit.

Toxic Town is a story that needed told but Jodie Whitakers attempt at a Scottish accent was hurting my ears.

I was a bit disappointed in the final episode of Paradise. Clearly setting up for a second series, though.

Just finished episode 1 of Daredevil: Reborn.
I cannot wait to see how this unfolds, and if it's getting serious hype (I've been trying to avoid it as I loved the initial series') it deserves every bit of it.
Wow.Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

Binge watched the first season of Severance. Utterly baffling yet brilliant at the same time.
Weirdest thing I've watched in ages.

I may have to give this a go again, I watched most of the first series and just thought it was crap! Maybe it's a very very slow burner like Ozark as that ended up being one of the finest shows ever."You opened the box....and your soul belongs to me...."

I really liked the ending, I thought it was well done with a nice surprise.
Ivor the boneless was some boy but Ubbe was my favourite son.
Ragnar and Lagertha tho, got to be up there as 2 of the best tv characters ever!
No idea how historically accurate it is (probably not very) but I don’t care as it’s just outstanding viewing.

Eldest daughter (13) decided she wanted to start watching f1 this season. Apparently nothing to do with Carlos Sainz...
Anyway we jumped on the latest season of drive to survive. Haven't seen any of it before nor watched the racing so intrigued to see what my thoughts are in 6/12 months

Reacher season 3 has been really good so far. This one is based on my favourite Reacher book and it hasn’t disappointed so far.
