Why did the Dundee player Donnelly put his hands up to suggest he was sorry when he put them 3-2 up? Did he used to play for them?
Wow football has gone mad not celebrating against a team you haven't played for. Can remember Wes Hoolohan ex livi not celebrating when he scored against Villa even though he was only linked with them and had never and did never play for them.

What was even more bizarre was it was at the Dundee end of the park. Apologised to the Dundee fans for scoring against Celtic....

I see in the Chelsea game last night VAR called the ref over to the monitor last night for a potential red card , The ref looked at it and decided to show the player a yellow card instead , Thought that wasn't allowed to show just a yellow card ?

Was watching ( presumably at the same time) and thought exactly the same.
Edit - Having thought about it did VAR look at it and think it was red. Ref goes to view it and at that point (as he is in control as the actual ref) does he think it wasn’t a red but a yellow.? He then can produce the card as opposed to VAR as he is in control? Dunno just musing.

Just seen that on the highlights. Apparently never played for them but supported them as a boy? Laughable.

That’s surely how it’s supposed to work. VAR in that situation can’t make the ref do anything-only advise or draw attention to.

Rio Ferdinand's baggy trousers are absolutely ridiculous.

Part of me wants Aberdeen to get a win tonight. There's something quite beautiful about huns in meltdown

If I scored against Hibs but had never played for us I would celebrate. What a joke that was.

Spurs could be doing with joining in.

Was a worse howler by Heltne Nilsen than any Rocky's done.

Teasing the Huns within 13 points of Celtic and winning the league. And Clement in a job

    Dreadful mistake by Nilsen.
A poor signing for the fee and wages spent on him.
Either he needs a rest or he is past it.
Absolutely glacial in reacting to his mistake.

He wont last long at Greyskull. He looks exceptional. Sadly he’ll make them some serious money.

Must be. I’m sure VAR can’t/dont get involved in yellow cards( checking them) but can with possible reds the ref might have missed. They thought it was thus the ref check. He then (not VAR)produced the yellow.

It's end of season stuff at Ibrox, on the pitch and in the stands. I suppose it is for Sevco. Just a long end of season.

Why can VAR not intervene to say there was an error in giving the corner to arsenal?
