    Romanian Elections

The first round of voting in the Romanian elections has been annulled after evidence of Russian interference.

Far right, pro Russian candidate Călin Georgescu won the first round unexpectedly.

Good to see a nation defend its democracy - it does feel like world democracy is under attack right now.

It's definitely under attack but I'm not sure the rejection of election results is the way to save democracy.

They are just being re-run because there was found to be foul play. I think that’s fair enough?

Depends where the foul play was.

Russia interfering in foreign elections to have their preferred candidate in charge?

    Surely not.
