Guy in charge of Hearts fans donation thing has / had an important role in Irish FA so will have had contact with Michael O `Neill for several years . Think MON lives in Edinburgh and has business interests there so has always been a possible future Hearts manager if sacked by present employer and unable to get a better club job elsewhere for example with us or in England .

As you say, probably not true, however this really would be signing a manager from Scandinavia for the sake of signing anyone form Scandinavia.

There aren’t many odds on their next manager however the only ones I can find have Gareth Ainsworth as a 2/1 favourite. This certainly wouldn’t worry me and he sure looks like a Jambo.

Crtichley did well in his first spell at Blackpool but not in subsequnce jobs and certainly not in his second spell at Blackpool where he was very unpopular with the fan base.

I'd be happy if Hearts appointed him.

I'm weary about just assuming this guy is hopeless, he came through the coaching ranks at Liverpool and must've been very highly regarded to be trusted to fill in for Klopp on a couple of occassions, the fact Gerrard took him to Villa with him to also suggests that he must've been highly thought of within Liverpool, because I doubt Gerrard just plucked him from Blackpool because he had a good season.

He might be a manager that's playing style is suited to a big team, rather than one expected to scrap and bleed for every point, I don't no much about him at all other than what I've read, on the one hand it isn't too eye catching, on the other, there's a lot to suggest he's highly rated, hopefully it tanks and he's a disaster.
