It was daft by Rice but a laughable booking imo. Especially after João Pedro punted the ball 40 yards after a free kick had been given in the first half.

A dreadful piece of refereeing. He was picking and choosing where to apply the rules. Zero consistency.

It’s a rule that is very inconsistently applied, you see players kicking the ball away all the time yet see a booking for it maybe once or twice in a dozen matches

Aye I enjoyed it tonight. Spain dominated possession as expected by Gemmill constantly has his teams structurally sound.

Everyone was in the new main stand at Tynie, an absolute hovel and I don’t say that with my green specs on. Horrendous. Comfy seat though.
