I'm genuinely surprised by how badly they've started. That opening day draw with Rangers seemed like a really solid result and I was grudgingly impressed by how Naismith turned them around last season. However, while they've got the comfort blanket of the Conference League he'll need to get some results soon. Neilson was twice sacked for less.

That second time, they basically binned him at the first sign of trouble. Naibadges should be gone between the bad form at the start of last season and this run of form by that reckoning. I've always suspected Naibadges stabbed him in the back that time too. To be fair, he did a superb job at Burnley. You look at them coming up last year and actually trying to play, they were hopeless even if Kompany got the Bayern Munich job on the back of it.
