Bit late to the party this one but currently working my way through Breaking Bad!

Went to watch it once before but for some reason never stuck with it. Mrs has been away this week so got properly balls deep into it.

Weve just started the first season, it looks good. The costumes and settings alone must have had a big budget.

Just started Mr mercedes. Really enjoying it so far. Been ignoring it for a number of years

  6. #7145
Started Dark Matter on Apple promising start after a couple of episodes.

  7. #7146
Also Bad Monkey which seems pretty good fun so far.

I understand why people struggle with the early seasons of BB. I found it a bit annoying too but stuck with it. Later series are excellent.

Better Call Saul was far better IMO though.

Often takes people several episodes to get into The Wire I think. IMO the best tv of all time, would absolutely love to be watching it for the first time again.

Just watched three episodes of Red Eye. The script, plot and acting are so bad, that it’s actually very watchable ……. as long as you think of the series as a spoof drama.

It has something about it that reminds me of 24 with Kiefer Sutherland.

Freddie Flintoff’s Field of Dreams on bbc. Absolutely brilliant tv. Freddie just comes across as one of life’s good guys.

Late to the party but have just got into Shetland over the past week. Really enjoying it so far. The fictional version of Lerwick must be up there with Cabot Cove as having one of the highest murder rates in the world.

Its way better than decent I reckon. Outstanding story and acting, totally authentic and looks like season 2 is in the sane vein. Makes me think the tv licence is worth it.

Thought the last series with Ashley Jensen was a step up

KAOS with Jeff Goldblum as zeus. Apparently Hugh grant was the original choice, but it's made for Goldblum.
There is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.

Watched The Zelenskyy Story. It’s excellent. He’s one of us ……… his name means ‘Green’.( saw that by chance, not on the programme.)

Have you watched any of Doppelhaushälfte?

I just wondered if it was an accurate reflection of life in the suburbs in Brandenburg.

I'd rather scoop my eyes out with a rusty tablespoon than watch a German TV series. The news, documentaries and sport yes, but everything else is Scheiße.
