The Men's Madison in the velodrome was compulsive viewing. I have no idea what was really going on but I enjoyed the chaos.
It's brilliant viewing, like you I've no idea what's happening but it is great to watch

The women’s 1500 metres, what a race that was. Laura Muir ran a personal best and still missed out. Delighted to see Georgia Bell’s decision to go with the pace rewarded with a bronze.

Where were you when she lost at the Olympics 4 years ago? Or the other times she has lost fights? I definitely haven't taken any side in this debate as it tends to get very toxic but as I see it the victim in all of this is the woman who won gold. Below is a really good article that perhaps you should read. It shows the complexities of the issue and not the black and white as you want to portray it

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/crlr8gp813ko
Yes, I read that. It doesn't tell me anything I don't already know nor change the fact this has a long way to run.

Some would argue the biological females who missed out on a gold or a medal are victims too. It's such a shame for the boxer who probably didn't know she was biologically male until she was a teenager.

I probably er on chromosome testing, if you are biologically male you can't compete against females. Her and Caster Semenya as biological males could have male aspects in their body shape bone density ect, if there is a chance of an advantage its unfair. It can't just be on testosterone at a certain point unless you test every day from in utero.

I notice the Canadian 4 x 100 metre winners came out doing the x sign that the loosing boxers have started to do post defeat so I doubt this will go away.
    Agreed.

Lin Yu-ting the Taiwanese boxer wins gold. Two of the 6 female weigh classes won by biological males. The odds on two mix sex people winning the 6 must be mind numbingly high if there is no advantage

Cracking race. They started off very quick and Laura had a lot to do.
We never got to see the Kenyan getting her third gold. Shame but the beeb does like to focus on the studio couch potatoes instead of the actual events.

The fear that women's sport will see ideology trump biology is, I think, a justified one.

Yep way too much pundit discussion rather than showing the action.

Great seeing the athletes dancing about as they enjoy the closing ceremony. This has been a brilliant Olympics, so many highlights to look back on.
I’ve enjoyed it all, even the Break dancing. I’m going to launch a campaign to recognise Dad dancing as a sport, my last chance to become an Olympian.

Sebastian Coe managing the remarkable feat of having a jacket that is both too big and too small simultaneously.

The closing ceremony has taken a bit of a turn…I didn’t see Hazel Irvine commenting on the merits of Air’s Moon Safari album and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers coming.

They now must prove she is a man.

Not sure about your last sentence. It's a criminal, rather than a civil, matter.

However, "a prominent French legal blogger wrote on X, that it is unlikely Mr Musk or Ms Rowling would face prosecution, as French penal law doesn’t apply to acts committed outside of France against foreign nationals."

That's not right. She's filled a suit of online bullying and racism. No one is being asked to prove their sex or prove anyone else's sex and no-one has been charged

Sorry. Had believed it was a defamation suit.

Don't expect anything to come from it of course.
