I’d go back 4 like we played after Cadden went off with Miller RB and Boyle RW.
Think you may be right. Guess it will depend on how we think QP will set up as well, they are no mugs.

Queens Park played 3-5-2 at the weekend so we may match up assuming they keep same formation.

Didn’t realise they lost 6-4 to Celtic recently ?!!

Yeh but heard they were truly awful at the back, very young side too. Sure we'll be ok🤞

I think we should get away from the idea that when a team is changed it means someone is dropped. It’s very much a squad game and particularly in these cup games there’ll be changes until the league comes along.
I get what your saying though the whole team played well against Elgin and with the possibility of Youan coming back who do you put him in for ? .

Somebody mentioned Campbell though I don't see that happening, Molotnikov ? , be harsh on the young lad imo .

This is probably the hardest game in the group and I wouldn't be making to many changes , go with your best / inform team for the Queen's game .

Unless Grays going to change formation I'd pretty much stick with the same again ( apart from Cadden ) and start Elie on the bench after his illness .

Presuming Cadden is unavailable I’d expect

    Bursik

    Miller
    Marv
    O’Hora
    Obita

    NMW
    Newell
    Campbell

    Boyle
    Vente
    Molotnikov
Team I would like to see.

I was only watching on a tablet on holiday on Saturday, but I thought the shape changed when Cadden got subbed anyway. Started with a back 3 but then moved to a back 4 when NMW came on.

    Youan in for Campbell hopefully.
Zero chance of Campbell getting dropped.

I like the fact that SDG is not worried about changing the shape during the game.

And that the players seem happy to do so.

Flexibility rather than sticking rigidly to a shape or formation.

I’m surprised they didn’t change it earlier as it was 3v1 at the back a lot of the time and we didn’t need an extra defender back.

I guess the good thing is Obita / Miller / academy can all play as wing back types or in a back 4.

When he was caretaker, David Gray always impressed me by picking teams that made sense.

This is his second one this season that appears to make perfect sense.

    Good stuff.
