I work in Glasgow and work beside somebody who's good friends with Scott, he still talks fondly of his times at Hibs. He's at Kelty Hearts now, can't believe he's still only 31.

Probably one of the best players to watch in the last two decades and a guy who should always be held in high regard here. Can never understand why he has not been able to kick on anywhere but here (excluding health reasons). His pass to Horgan in that 6-1 trouncing, if Messi did that there would be videos for years to come.

Yep a wonderful footballer. His performance in the 4-0 pumping of the huns was brilliant

It’s gutting to see him play at such a low level for his ability the last couple of years
Always found the move to Arbroath a weird one as anyone could tell you that’s not the club for him.
Can only think it’s health related he’s not in the top flight. Even at an Airdrie though, who play brilliant football, he’d stand out and be able to influence games you would think.
Kelty probably paying him a ton of money for the level though and allowing him to coach and do punditry etc

My mate at work who knows him was saying SA received offers from abroad but turned them down cos his son lives in Glasgow and I think the diabetes was a factor too.

A simply brilliant entertaining football player which the game is badly missing right now. How many players in the current SPL can play like him.? Can’t think of one.

Only ones that come close are Hatate and actually McCowan at Dundee.
He has that ability to just shift past a player that we've not had since Allan/McGeouch.
