Good to hear, St.Etienne fans are great, went to see them years ago (purely because they play in Green & White) and swapped few Hibs bits and pieces for theirs 💚

Nice to see St Ettiene promoted. Had a wee soft spot for them since they lost the European Cup final in 1976 to Bayern Munich at Hampden and blamed the square goalposts which they hit twice. The fact they played in green made them my favourite French team at the time.

I never really paid too much attention, it was just on in the background, although at one point early in the 2nd half I'm sure the commentator mentioned that the Welsh team had one international goal between them.
