Probably because there wasn’t one. They seem to be suggesting that because Endo was offside when the kick was taken and then blocked the Chelsea player he was interfering with play, but not fouling. You couldn’t make it up.

I’m getting to the stage now where I think a whole player’s body has to be shown to be in front of the defender I.e. a gap demonstrated - and let’s go back to the deliberate or seeking to gain an advantage rule on penalties- it worked fine so why did have to change to this abomination of a rule 🤬

If that was going to be given every week we'd never have any goals given from set pieces..I mean we even saw Ross County push Marshall into the goal last season and the goal stood - nothing even close to Endo's so called block
