Scotland haven’t been great tbh. So many handling errors by them in this game.

Credit to Italy who have been the better team for me
It was a decent enough game as warm-ups go.

I thought that it was pretty grim viewing.

Hard to judge today - we had some nice shapes across the park and I thought Healy looked very good at 10. So many changes though, and the conditions were rotten.

    The seagulls were awesome today
Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

I thought Darcy Graham's wing play was slightly better! 😊

they really screwed up making the draw for for the upcoming WC away back in 2020, means two of New Zealand/*SA/France and *Ireland will be out after just the the QF stage, England of course got the other side of the draw and i suspect should probably at least get to the SF.

*can't see Scotland beating either SA or Ireland in the pool stage

That was a disappointing 1st half. Created nothing. Linout not functioning. France will be very very close to being champions this year I think

What an amazing 2nd half performance. Everything that the 1st half wasn't. Fagerson is still a fanny

Fagerson brothers can't be trusted when it comes to discipline. Another stupid, needless tackle. I thought they were a bit lucky not to have a couple of yellows too (especially the tackle on DVM), but it wasn't a bad-blooded game.

Kinghorn looked outstanding at 15 today. Read the game and spread the ball very well.

Correct on the Fagersons, however they are invaluable when defending so it's a hard call really. Unless someone else steps up.

Don't think you were the only one.

I got a tram from Haymarket to the Gyle today and timed it to pass Murrayfield when the game was still ongoing. Was surprised that hundreds piled on when there was still about 20-25 minutes to play and a fair few more who couldn't get on

Bet they will feel silly tonight.

Whilst he's had a few niggles with injuries lately he covers 10 and 15 so would have been a good addition. I'm not a HUGE fan though and it means Healy will go as Finns understudy probably.

Was there an update on Ben Whites ankle knock? He's been outstanding since he came in.

I think Richie will play against Georgia... hopefully.

It's getting towards key time for shaping the squad.

Fear the worst for Scotland tonight, I'm assuming France will have a lot of changes from last week.

63 mins played and owen farrell becomes the 3rd England player to get sin binned, down to 12 players and losing 9-10 v Wales

    try wales 9-15
    9-17

    12-man England get a try/converted 16-17

    Farrell card upgraded to Red

they still have two friendlies to play so i suspect he will get the same as what Fagerson got, three games with the 3rd one being some training test whatever

I disagree - I think Farrell will miss the first couple of WC group games - that was a horrendous tackle (and far from his first).

I don’t know if I’d use the word dirty to describe Farrell, but he’s definitely reckless with a lot of his tackles

Referee seemed determined to card a Scotland player there.

Anyone know why Price was sin binned?

Not retreating 10 metres at the previous penalty. We have been warned twice about penalties so no issues with a card for that
