Not a chance, although as long as the astros don’t win the WS I’ll be happy enough

I have just got back into baseball past month or so after a good few years, had my weeks free trial on mlb.tv and watch the free game of the day when I can.

Enjoyed watching the first game of the London Series and looking forward to tomorrow's game, currently watching the Yankies atm seem to be struggling for runs since Judge out injured.

The world baseball classic seemed fun from the highlights I watched on YouTube.

Yankee Stadium or Fenway? Either way two lovely ball parks and you’ll have a ball mate, enjoy!

I'm hoping to get to some games this year as well but they're never in sync with my work!

Opening day in Philly, hopefully get a win over the Braves but if not I’ve a mountain of scran and Guinness to soften the blow. Really fancy us to make the NL championship game this year but I can’t see it being anyone other than the Dodgers that make it to and ultimately win the WS.

Great start for the Tigers 6 wins 1 loss and six of those games have been on the road. First home game today beat the A's 5-4. "Opening" day, as in first home game of the season, always a massive event in Detroit.

All games free this weekend so the last time to catch one of anyone's interested.

Seen some of the Blue Jays and Twins last night and will probably watch a game later on.

I pay anyway but decided to watch the Pirates last night for Paul Skenes debut instead of my Phillies. He done alright, 87 pitches through 4 innings doesn’t scream efficiency right enough but by Christ can that laddie hurl a baseball at some speed

I bought tickets this weekend to see the Orioles play the Phillies in June to mark 30 years since the first game I went to at Camden Yards (I remember watching the first game in the stadium in 1992 on TV). I didn’t realise that MLB switched to a dynamic pricing model. My tickets were twice what they would have been vs another team on a weeknight.

This remarkable reflex catch happened last month but still worth watching.

Yamamoto’s was good, but was it a behind the back catch leading to a double play?

Taijuan Walker pitching for the Phils on the Sunday apparently with Ranger Suárez on the mound on the Saturday.

Have to say absolutely loved my first baseball experience despite the Phillies self imploding. What a match, tense right till the final pitch. Really cool atmosphere at the game everyone really chilled and enjoying themselves.

Glad you enjoyed yourself mate, shame we made a mess of it right at the end but a great weekend all round. Seeing Harper smash one into the seats on Saturday is something that’ll live with me forever, what an experience! Safe travels home

Fair enough, hope you enjoy seeing them win in October too

I should say, Gunnar Henderson is one hell of a player, Adley Rutschman ain’t bad either. Orioles are a good team this year, best of luck to you guys

    3-0 Red Sox.

Yankees looked as if they could play all night and not score!

Phillies have stuttered a wee bit recently since losing Schwarber, Realmuto and Harper to injuries. All due back within the next two weeks, I’m genuinely quite impressed with how well they’ve coped with losing three big hitters like that though, to be perfectly honest. Clemens, Stubbs/Marchan and Dahl/Merrifield are all decent enough replacement players but not ideal for the length of time that we’ve had to rely on them for. Hope Harper isn’t flung into the deep end in the All-Star game next week but can’t see him not playing, I’d imagine he’ll be under strict warning to not over exert himself in what’s basically an exhibition game (obviously a great honour to be an All Star but the Phillies have to come first, it’s not going to be his last!).

Watched the Rays blowout the Yankees Saturday then a tight win for them again Sunday, Yankees won today though with Verdugo getting a hit 😁

Will switch between mets and marlins and cardinals and pirates now.
