I really hope that isn't some dodgy racist comment!

BBC coverage of both finals is night and day, England has a good hour to analyse with top pundits, all very slick, their game finishes and it over to BBC Scotland where it's like amateur hour with sound going off and on and not even a studio for pundits but a pitch side chat.

    BTW the games a borefest.

This “We never stop” stuff is a load of pish. They’ve been coasting for weeks.

'Eye to eye' of Japan and Korea i.e. 'slitty eyes' of the far east.

It could have been an accidental choice of words. If so, then I fully apologise, if you weren't being wide.

Celebrating like they’ve won a raffle at a village fair. **** sake.
"...when Hibs won the Scottish Cup final and that celebration, Sunshine on Leith? I don’t think there’s a better football celebration ever in the game.”

No, not seeing eye to eye is a widely used phrase where I come from anyway, where there is no love lost.

Fair enough my friend, which is why I said I hoped it wasn't an attempt at being funny. I apologise for my misunderstanding.

They used to back in the day, plus putting a Union flag under the trophy, just to remind everyone who was really in charge

That’s one the magic moments of winning the cup, climbing the stairs to lift the trophy

Exactly, watching that great moment in 2016 will live in our memories forever.

Once again the West of Scotland gets to feel superior to the rest of us. Purely based on two football teams. They contribute nothing else.

Half the crowd wouldn't have seen them lift the cup as the players had their back to them

Possibly, but it's a clumsy sentence, IMHO, though I make no accusations.
