But by the laws of the game, Casimero should be off.
Why VAR was comfortable with one, and not thenother is what frustrates fans.

Going by the new rules that is a penalty but the handball rules are crazy now and spoiling the game. It wasn't intentional and is ball to hand . Shouldn't be a penalty imo.

I don't know why there's any debate about it, tbh.
Could the rule be changed? Possibly although I'm not sure how that could happen without asking the referees, who no-one trusts, to use their judgement.
