For the home I'd like to see a kit with the 'insave' band or a variation of that on the front.

Made these a while back. I'd definitely like to see purple in one of the kits. As far as I can tell, we were the first Scottish club to wear purple (as well as green of course).

I always like when teams have some kind of black outline/trim. We had it on the adidas tops. Think it gives some definition to the shirts particularly the home.

A white away top with some purple and green trim would be nice.

Very nice. Just make the home socks green.

Every single one of those looks excellent 👍🏻

I like the wee splash of pink and the cream ones.

PH91 - all your kits are cracking. I wouldn’t grumble at a single one.

Purple with white sleeves in the style of the 6 - 2 teams strip would be absolutely superb for an away strip.

If we ever do end up with Adidas then we should drop the white sleeves, it wouldn't be the first time we've done it, and just go with the 3 stripes on the sleeves and a white collar ... that would be superb.

For the record I hate pinstripes ... no matter what strip you put them on it just screams pub league for me.

For all the 'too auld to buy a strip' folk .... just take up walking football, it's given me an excuse to wear all of my retro Hibs tops a couple of times a week, the ones that still fit anyway ... and if Hibs come out with a new top I really like I'll probably get that one as well

Might just be me but I have a feeling we’re going to be having a bit of yellow in the home kit this year. The new harp collection features a lot of yellow, whether that’s an intentional “Irish” thing with it being the harp collection or a hint at the new home kit, I have no idea.

Watching a lot of the content Hibs are putting out lately they’ve also used yellow/golden coloured graphics a fair amount. In the past the content through the summer has hinted at kit style/colour so I have a strong feeling we might see a yellow/gold/champagne colour somewhere in the kit lineup

Not massive on purple either. Probably because I'm 35 now and can't hope to pull it off anymore.

When did purple become one of our colours anyway? Guessing early 90's? Anyone any idea why?

Personally not massive on yellow. Even butterflies and canaries struggle to pull that off 😀

Weirdly I disagree on purple. I love it and most of my favourite Hibs kits are purple.

Weird how it splits our fans so much. People either love it or hate it.

Was it not something to do with Tom harts wife in the 70s? We had the purple bukta top in late 70s

Was it not because we needed a third strip for Europe and purple was the favourite colour of Tom Hart's wife, sure I read that somewhere but the memory is not what it used to be 😁

See TH beat me to it

You won’t get three stripes on the sleeves of Adidas kits now. Been like that for a few years now. Just on the shoulders. Takes away a lot from the iconic look which rules them out for me now. Used to love all things Adidas but their new football kits are rubbish imo.

    Adidas

If we had the same as this years Arsenals Adidas home shirt but in emerald or bottle green (2016 vibes!) fans would love it.
I do think stripes over sleeves would be better though

I’m sure adidas agree but it’s not possible due to sponsors and league badges etc.

why is it that the kit ideas that fans come up with are always so much better than what we actually get?

it seems to be the simplest thing in the world to design a quality, smart, stylish kit that fans will love, and yet clubs consistently get it wrong, year after year.
