Yip looks like his pen against them

Revered everywhere he played and actually played the most club games in his career for the first to wear the green

    Legend

    RIP

The 2-1 game in ‘79 ? Terrible attendance - I was in the North Terracing but most sheep and our fans split up in the so called Rangers end. One nil down (Archibald) then penalty (McLeod brought down and scored the penalty) - mibbies Gordon Rae with the winner - not sure if correct or in correct order - sheep goal at so called Celtic end and both ours at the Huns end. HIBS fans belting out the “Away the lads” song non stop. Good atmosphere considering the rubbish crowd. Could be Willie Patterson behind Rae/McLeod ?

Just looked back at the actual stats - I’ve not lost it yet but have to confess that I would have put my life on it that the goals were all in the 2nd half. Don’t remember it chucking it down but it wasn’t a nice night - score excluded of course.

My first visit to Hampden. Was a season of firsts for me in the cup that year. First away game, first derby, first visit to Hampden and first losing cup final. Sadly not the last

Can name them all, even the reserve goalie. Put a team picture in front of me from 10 years ago and I might be struggling with a good few.
