It's all relative with Arsenal. They have paid a price for the previous two results but they still came to the Etihad at the end of April with the chance to go eight points clear at the top.

I have to pause to let that sink in, because that's borderline ridiculous progress for a club that hadn't even qualified for the CL for six seasons.

There are a few positions to bolster or upgrade in the summer, and keeping the likes of Saka and Saliba is essential,but the money will be there (and the expectations likewise).

City are very very good and very, very strong. But Arsenal on form still play the prettier football

I think the Liverpool team of previous seasons were far better. City will probably still end up winning this title by double digits.

I’m not sure there’s many players in the league that would get in the City team. Salah, Van Dijk (probably not this season), Saka. Genuinely not sure who else would be an upgrade on the starting 11.

Just a step too far for them but the fact that they will fall short will be down to Zinchenko’s defending against Southampton and (?) West Ham more than it was about being overrun on the night by a strong Man City side.

He's alright, decent enough for Arsenal but i suppose he might look better in this City side, although at this moment in time, he'd be warming the bench for them if he actually made the bench.
