With everything that has happened to that football club over the years to recently giving a manager a new 3 year contract only to sack him two weeks later and now getting linked Shaun Maloney has manager it must be extremely hard to see anything positive if you were a Wigan fan

Jim McInally has stepped down as Peterhead manager after 11 years there , quite a achievement for any manager to be at a club for that length of time nowadays

According to BBC Gossip, Gio hasn't got the support of the board anymore (Majority want him out) but they'd have to pay £4mil it would cost to dump him and his huge backroom team

Coming up to the January window, do you let a manager who they want rid of spend the money or do they spend a chunk of it getting rid so the new man has even less to spend with the possibility of spending even more of it on compo for the new boss? I get a nice warm feeling inside when the huns are in a mess!

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

Papers had it that they got 4 million as well for Gerard , I wouldn't have thought if they really wanted rid of GVB that the 4 million they are talking about would be a stumbling block even if it is a lot of money

The Huns board are trying to turn the fans on the manager so he walks away and gets less compo.

Hopefully GVB will stand firm and not walk away as they claimed they liked that kind of thing at Ibrox.

Think a few more bad results and they will probably get rid of him of him no matter what it costs, leagues just about gone for them now as it is , Reading today that Japan are thinking about making a move for Ange postecoglou as there manager too it's quite possible both are going to lose there managers sooner rather than later.

Wishful thinking on the part of the ludge dwelling Sevco sycophants in the MSM. Ange is moving Celtic forward faster than those muppets can bear.

He seems to be a very good manager , he's fairly turned them around and signed some cracking players .I think his stocks risen a lot since he's been there and I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up in the English premier League

Thought he might have but wasn't sure . Rafa Benitez has entered the betting on one of the bookies at 16/1 , can't see it . Do think GVB is on the way out though.

Papers saying Wigan are going to appoint kolo Toure as there new manager, again for someone I think hasn't managed yet he's not really taken a great job for his first managerial Job imo
