I used to coach Josh Landers for a brief spell when he was at Musselburgh Windsor.
Comes from the borders,a lovely family for Celtic fans!
He is very athletic, can hit the ball really well with either foot, sure our goalie used to get out of the way of his shots when there was a shooting drill, good in the air and a talented runner as well.
Hibs did well to sign him ahead of Hearts, really hoping he makes it with us,and time is on his side being only fifteen.

    He comes from bonnie Peebles.

    👍

Thanks for this. I see Josh L is in the Victory Shield squad. They play 3 games in Ireland from 30/10 to 4/11 so hopefully he gets some game time.
Rudi & Jacob away with Scotland 17’s this week. Gives boys who are behind them in the pecking order a chance to impress for 18’s while they’re away. The boys highly regarded will start every week for 18’s. Frustrating for boys on the bench, but happens at every pro club when they have high hopes for some boys.

I think Murray Aitken comes from Peebles as well.
Hope Hibs have cornered the market with youngsters from the borders

i would imagine a few of the players were in the squad on wednesday, it’s probably a transition period for our current under 18 squad.👍🏻

Hibs' Youtube throwback of the day is the 2018 Scottish Youth Cup victory v Aberdeen. Line up from that day below. Good to see the majority of these guys still playing professional football, a high standard of youth development at Hibs. 7 of the starters have had decent exposure to First team football at Hibs, either making the grade or going elsewhere, as a club we definitely give youth a shot.

Hibernian: Maciej Dabrowski, Callum Donaldson, Sean Mackie, Ryan Porteous (Captain), Kevin Waugh, Josh Campbell, Fraser Murray, Ben Stirling, Oli Shaw, Innes Murray, Jamie Gullan
Unused substitutes: Partick Martin, Kane O’Connor, Adam Watson, Gregor Woods, Ruari Paton, Ryan Shanley, Yrik Gallantes

No no no no no. Landers goes to Peebles High School but he is from Innerleithen. Saying he's from Peebles is almost akin to saying a Scot is from England. Ooof!

18/1 on sky bet, worth a little punt?

If you back both the away win and the draw it's still a pretty good return for your money if either occur. (9/4 if it's a draw and 19/2 if Hibs win i think.)

If they play like they did 2nd half in the 1st leg definitely! With a saver on the draw.

Note that William Hills have us down as Hibernians.

Is the reason for the ridiculous price because they think we are the team from Malta?

There is no way we should be 18/1 for this game whatsoever. I think it's a mistake by the bookies.

Came on to say the same, seems a silly price. I've backed win and double chance.
