It's mental the regard pundits hold them in. They're out league cup, league form has been brutal - cushioned slightly by a jammy win v Motherwell. They're weak at the back and ill disciplined. I'll be very surprised if they manage to finish 3rd this season.

Next up is their bogey team, away.
Yeah but they have injuries you know, once Halkett and Boyce are back they will hit league winning form again and leather all who come before them. Injuries remember, thats the reason they have crumbled, and remember no other club has had injuries to their world class players, only hearts

Ps, did I mention they had injuries 😀

No, but I can confirm that the Neilson who is about to get sacked by hearts is the same Neilson that got sacked by hearts.
He is bound to be the best player in the world who is called Neilson and isn't related to the Replayman.

I think that's how it works when they sign for the thieves.

They could go on a run from here and win the tournament. It's their 2008 Champions league proclamation coming back to haunt us again.

    Tactical masterclass of Stendel proportions.

The Replayman doesn't want them to peak too early and is lulling everyone into a false sense of security. You only have to read his BBC interview to realise he has this firmly under control.

Shankland needs to stop scoring and give someone else a chance
Shankland is a very poor footballer. His first touch is awful. Scottish 3rd tier is probably his level, lower Championship at a push.

The arrogance of Robbie shines through and his post match comments or lies show him in prime.

Telling Jambo McLaughlin that we said we were going to do this and do that blah blah when indeed it was him himself.

I’m really hoping their season starts to implode as the next month or so goes on. Their extra 6/7 million is doing them well (Not)

If Fiorentina had a finisher like Batistuta that would have been double figures last night.

They have a French international forward to come back into the team for the next game that was suspended last night, hopefully he makes the difference from a good beaten to a scudding

They have achieved nothing when measured against what we keep hearing all that extra cash was going to bring, unless of course you count the megastand.

Given that the cost of a better standard of player rises exponentially rather than in a linear manner they were always going to remain *****.

Exactly but we keep hearing it. Wonder why Robbie and others have started pedalling the 20k crowds etc. maybe if they say it enough folk will believe it??

The £750k they’ve spent on Grant and Kip looks money well spent. I’m not sure I heard their names in the second half!

If they had a finisher like Batistuta they'd be in the Europa League at the least.

Steven Pressley was/is the original Caveman of Tynie

Delighted we didn't ***** wages on him. So overrated.

"La Viola" never got to experience what it is like at Tynie to be put under pressure with the whole stadium rocking and baying at a side who have never played there before and thats the most dissapointing and frustrating factor for me. What would have happened ? Who knows.

I'm at Edinburgh Airport and the Fiorentina team and officials were checking in at the same time as me. Number of fans as well. All looked completely traumatised by the frightening and frankly intimidating atmosphere at Tiny last night. Actually all pussing themselves laughing and getting selfie taken. My wife told me I wasn't allowed to get one!

The San Siro will be a breeze for them after that cauldron last night. They even had a drum.

Fans across Italy will have watched that last night and no doubt been taken aback by the wall of noise in Gorgie. I anticipate fan groups across Italy will start sending expeditions to the famous Tynecastle in order to learn how to improve their atmospheres.

Those first four minutes must have been hell for them, though.

“there used to be a time when opposing teams and fans used to **** themselves coming to tynecastle
sadly those days have long gone”

    from 7thplaceback.

I suppose it’s a rare and welcome bit of self awareness that they’re acknowledging that the atmosphere is pish, but when exactly was this era when opposing teams and fans used to dread the tynecastle atmosphere? I certainly don’t remember it.

I know our record there over the years is poor but it never had anything to do with hearts fans.
