With Hearts players they could be holding their posteriors and it could be deemed concussion. From what I can see it is still 5 subs in three stoppages. Knowing Hearts they will lose 3-2 get pulled up for the subs and be awarded a draw
I believe you are allowed to make additional subs for concussion injuries but the rule remains 3 breaks of play otherwise

There hasn’t been any concussion injuries. 3 leg injuries and a tactical change.

I'm not watching the game but if ST Joh stone have had any concussion subs then Hearts would get an additional sub opportunity too.

Jamie Murphy looks like he has hired Doidge's caravan for the day. So slow

Think the last one followed the player "landing heavily". Means he's out of next game automatically

I'm sure Hallberg was a concussion injury

Yeah you’re right which will have given Hearts an extra change.

    missed this

    Hearts 3-2 St Johnstone

    Oh dear, Drey Wright.
Big, big chance for St Johnstone as a cross falls invitingly for the winger at the back post, but composure deserts him and his effort is miles too high.

The thing about Hearts is they battle. They are not a good side, but they are resilient and will battle for points. I would make them favourites to finish third.

They'll finish third easily, by at least 10 to 15 points. Even if they're not a great side they have a bigger, more adaptable squad than anyone else, with plenty cash coming in via Europe for the next transfer window. A position we should have been in. Instead we'll be circa 30 points behind them on current evidence.

They certainly create a heck of a lot more scoring chances than we ever seem to do.

Yes, and more than that is their work ethic. If a team fights for every point, that's all fans ask. They are poor to watch, but they are always competitive. We were like that against The Rangers, but we don't seem to do it consistently.

Is that a misprint? Dundee Utd 0 - 9 Celtic?

I’m beginning to feel a little better about the departure of Jack Ross. What the hell is going on there?

Eventually some clubs will (happens already) simply let them take over their grounds for the ticket revenue.

Short gain for long term loss of a real sporting challenge and pride. I had my hair cut yesterday by a bloke from Haddington who couldn't stop talking about Celtic in the forthcoming champions league. His father I know was a Hibby. I didn't ask why he wasn't - I kinda knew anyway as we all do. The question is how do we stop from falling further behind. I used to scoff at a league without them. Now I would go for it.
In the past I never supported the idea of a league with no OF, but it pains me to say they are now too big and too much better off financially, than the rest of the league, some way of moving them out of Scotland has to be on the cards.

Also the difference between us and them over the oast few years of from when I've seen them play they like to get the ball forward as quick as possible.

Don't think him and Son look anywhere near as sharp as they did last season. From the games I've seen Spurs haven't even been that good, 10 points though including 7 points from fixtures they lost last season. Another game they lost last season in West Ham away on Wednesday.
