My biggest win was coral on Irish lottery.

We just under 2000 quid twice in around 4 months. Paid for a trip to florida.

We stopped doing it a few weeks after as felt never getting that lucky again.
I've never had more than three numbers on the lottery and have never played the Irish version.

We won that money on 3 numbers. Can't remember how much we put on think was 3 quid. If all 3 came in you got amount I posted above so couldn't actually win more than that.

Bale to score a free kick at 16/1. Will Sky bet give me it ? We’ll see

    They’ve paid out thankfully.

That’s what I did and my account is now sitting in deficit. Gonna challenge them but not sure I’ll get very far.

    Free £5 bet 365.
Just turned the telly on seen No 1 Ackla
    m Express 250/1 stuck £2.50ew

    Winner winner £125.

Just took a wee chance after the 300/1 recent winner, I never bet that one.

As you will gather from the above bet I'm no racing tipster.

Hi all. I’m not sure where to post this - hoping someone can advise on a bookie related question.

If a bookie is offering a price for a winner minus a figure what does that mean? In football it might be for example “Arsenal - 2”. Or in rugby “Scotland -10”.

Does it mean that the bet wins if that team wins by more than that number of goals / points? So in the football example above if Arsenal win 1-0 or 2-1 the bet loses but if they win by two clear goals or more the bet wins? Likewise the rugby example if Scotland win by 10 or more points the bet wins?

Asking for a friend who might have accidentally placed a bet without knowing what the hell they’re doing.

    Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah that’s right, Arsenal need to win by at least 3 and Scotland by at least 11 for both examples to come in.
