Their cleaners told them about it.

Ukrainian MP Lesia Vasylenko on Newsnight tonight saying that Putin cannot be trusted, that whatever Putin and his Generals say they usually lie and she said whatever messages are coming out from him they should be interpreted by using the "method of reverse psychology".

That was the first thing I thought when Putin supposedly branded Johnson enemy number 1.

Brutal story of serial sexual predator MP, his wife telling lie after lie to defend him, then telling lies that she didn't. The Sunday Times has performed really well here.

The sense of entitlement coming from both husband and wife is overwhelming, that along with a Tory Party machine willing to stick up for him shows exactly the type of narcissists who are in charge of the country just now.

Any decent Tory MP, eg the thick ones who eyes open very slowly, should abandon this lot ASAP.

I have just read that and it’s an awful account of the whole, story. There is so much about elphicke, his wife and his colleagues that is just plain wrong.

i always click on a Guardian link, majority(if not ALL) of their journalists have been very good the last couple of years, an independent centre-left publication

That is actually stomach churning. I’m not sure which individual comes off worse, perhaps Nathalie Elphicke. But it’s the system that’s rotten.

She's a vile woman but so are the two pranksters. They've been banned from YouTube for Russian sponsored misinformation. You can see all the Russian and Serbian flags in the comments loving it

20 fines to be issued for Downing Street lockdown parties, PM clearly misled parliament, will he resign?

How can this be? We were repeatedly assured that there were no parties? Especially during lockdowns where ordinary people were sick or dying.

This bit has Boris for the chop. He said there were no parties, or laws broken, at the dispatch box. He lied to parliament. Bring on the next one.

But the Met’s intervention, confirming that laws were broken at the heart of government, could reignite the debate about his leadership.

He lies in Parliament every week without any consequences. Why would he think he should resign for this one particular lie?

Unfortunately I think there delaying tactics will have worked. A lot of the anger has subsided, covid is less of an issue now and there is a war to hide behind.

Although if the bafoon himself gets a fine then surely he's gone, it'll probably be disposable people though

A cross party groups of MPs (including SNPs Alyn Smith) have taken a case to the European Court of Human Rights to get the UK Govt to act on the ISC report into foreign interference in UK democracy.
