That way, none of your shareholders reach the 25% ownership level required to count as the person of “significant control”. Here is another, also completely legal way: own your company via a professional corporate trust provider, who will act as a nominee, and thus be named in your place on the ownership documents. You’re welcome, and I’m not even a lawyer; imagine what a skilled enabler could do with this colander masquerading as a piece of legislation”
Equal shares with four close relatives would do, shirley?

Any of the shareholders over 25%=The power of HM Govt comes down on you.
    5 relatives @16%+you@16%=96%=Carry on Oligarchy.

That’s how I read it anyway.

Shirley you and four relatives would have 20% each: all under the 25% rule, so carry on oligarching. I'm pretty suspicious of this sixth relative, and wonder if he/she might be Chinese.

Tories now welcoming Johnson to the party conference in Scotland.

Another U turn from the "Leader" in Scotland.

Either that, or he told us lies again.

Clearly thinking now he's a war hero, he's going to get a hero's welcome.

YouGov seem to think Labour's lead has extended again. It's almost as though people haven't forgotten Johnson's double standards but have noticed this government's immoral attitude to prevaricating on supporting Ukrainian refugees.

They're running out of time, economic options and credibility to turn things around to avoid Prime Minister Starmer.

If the Assistant Referee can't make a final decision, maybe it's time to bring in VAR.

"Innocent" facade of the Lebedev/Johnson relationship starting to crumble.

Up until the invasion of Ukraine both have parroted Putin's take on politics. Eventually the overground media are going to start asking, why?

The*Pulitzer Prize nominated journalist*Carole Cadwalladr, who is*facing ongoing libel action, has uncovered a chain of events that explain the*baffling award of a knighthood*to the sacked secretary of state for education, Gavin Williamson, as the world deals with*Putin’s attack on Ukraine.*The implications are shocking, raising the question of where Britain goes from here, as the ongoing scandals that have rocked Westminster continue to unfold.

Amazing. They installed Johnson to do a job (secure Brexit and win the 2019 election) and then remove when convenient by disseminating all these stories. But they can't get rid of him. It's fascinating.

It's just weird that they seem incapable of going a day without telling a lie. On Sunday he claimed on TV that the UK had issued 300,000 visas for Ukrainian refugees and it was only when asked to confirm that he corrected it to 3000, if he hadn't been asked he would have let it ride.

Apart from that - what a performer he is.

Read something the other day that claimed 88% of Conservative Party information issued during the 2019 election campaign was porkies, that is some doing.
