Should make securing a ticket a bit easier, but that’s what was an attractive Scottish Cup away day now pretty much ruined.

Arbroath
totally gutted by this. our bus booked 2 weeks ago. suddenly, 3 regular groups not going. we are booked into an early pub, but our numbers have dwindled after the nonsence of having to buy online from Arbroath instead of collecting at ER, that upsets lots of our older guys immedietly! what should be a great away day, has now been spoiled by tv, shifting to Sunday, some worried about missing work on Monday etc. Arbroath fc suddenly think they are Barcelona , so you can only buy online from them and there is nae "pods" to buy at the gates. our bus will still be going, but I am raging!! spoke to Arbroathfc today to register our disgust, and was asked if they can get the commercial manager to call me. I said no thanks

As frustrating as it is this is the way is going to go in the future, eventually all tickets will be E tickets or print at home, its more convenient and prevents fraudulent tickets. Why would your guys want the inconvenience of going to ER to collect ticket when they could have it emailed to them instantly? The tv part I agree with, its a shan time for a kick off on a Sunday. As for missing work on the Monday if the game doesn't go to Extra time and pens then you'd be back in Edinburgh/East Lothian for 5pm easy.
Of course I don't know their circumstances but I don't think the fact that they can't collect tickets from ER is reasonable excuse for not going to a game, not trying to be a smart arse or pick an argument but e tickets and print at home is much easier than slogging to ER to get them. Maybe they could give ticket money to someone and they could buy the tickets and print them off for them if they have trouble online. Hell if you want transfer me the money for how many tickets you need and I'll print them and deliver them to you personally if you want so your guys can go. Don't want folk missing out on a game due to technology issue.Hibs.nets negative posting legend and unofficial ticket agent.

I blame the BBC, if we hadn't been shafted with a ***** kick off time then we wouldn't be having these travel issues right now.Hibs.nets negative posting legend and unofficial ticket agent.
