Finished Netflix’s ’Maid’. It’s great the big N can make series like this, brilliant and thought provoking.

Not me, but saw this on twitter
Few weeks behind with @bbcrivercity and never thought I’d see the day that we’d hear all about @HibernianFC famous 5. I’m guessing @GrantStottOnAir had a lot to do with this. Bravo 👏🏻 https://t.co/HCQIeLLbCvThere is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.

Has anyone started Wheel of Time on prime? It looks very lord of the rings like, I’m quite fancying it.
United we stand here....

OK, Succession has a big budget and Brian Cox. But it’s predictable and when they run out of ideas they just play that tinkly piano and strings to attach some dignitas to the whole thing. Again and again as again. Most annoying incidental music ever.

I would recommend The Crime of the Century on Now TV to anyone who enjoyed Dopesick, it’s a documentary series covering the same story. Utterly disgusting what that company did.

Finished You don't know me on the iplayer, not sure the main character would have gotten away with a lot of stuff that he did whilst representing himself in a real courtroom, decent enough watch though.

14 Peaks on Netflix is well worth a watch.
I love anything like this, people pushing themselves to the absolute limit.PM Awards General Poster of The Year 2015, 2016, 2017. Probably robbed in other years

On BBC2 now, Michael Palin is rewatching his travel series from the 1990s this one showing him travelling through the Himalayas, Pakistan, Afghanistan, India. It’s just fantastic TV, I think he contributed as much as anyone in British society to understanding other people and cultures back then. He’s such a human presenter in its proper sense.
