Try Joe Ward, has delivered much the same !
In his 11 games the only thing I remember him doing is sort of being able to run in a straight line.

Or sold players who we were getting offered money that the management team thought was more than their value and wanted to sell and had players in mind to replace them but seems his personal crusade to break the transfer record ultimately landed us in an absolute mess.

    And breathe lol
Surely the decision to sell or not would be a club decision not Mathie alone

Wood signing is weird as anything.

Our new CEO hasn’t a clue about our link up with Brighton. Hearts bring in a centre half from Brighton that is really good and we bring in some young boy from Boro randomly overlooking the boy they got.

Is just lip service all the time when it comes to the club the now.
What point are you trying to make here?

Panic signing as was Wood. Neither have improved us or even strengthened the squad and i'd expect both to be away in January.
Wood hasn't had the chance to show what he is or is not capable of. He was always brought in as back up, and the game he could potentially have come in for people would have been saying why not the more experienced McGregor had he been chosen. Unfortunately for us McGregor went on to have an absolute mare.

I'm not saying he's been a good signing, but it's unfair to call him a failure. I unfortunately can't stick up for Scott in the same way, he's been a genuine disappointment.

What’s the deal with this guy?

Came in on loan and went straight in the team. Looked slightly unfit and lacking sharpness.

Eventually got dropped and never done much when he came on.

Over a month ago dropped from the squad completely as he’s too unfit? How can a player sign and go straight into the team and after a couple of months with us be dropped for being unfit?

Regardless it seems like he’ll be in from the cold on Saturday as we need a striker
    Attitude of Ryan MvGovern…….

Wood has had several months to shine in training. He obviously didn't.

If it wasn't about players then it should have been. The whole link up/partnership seems to have just been a bit of a PR stunt.

It was a partnership that was based on sharing methods and ideas. Who knows what good will come of it but if it's of benefit and Hibs feel it will be positive then why is it a stick used to beat the club with?

Imagine a scenario in which we take 3 players on loan, they come in and make an impact, one gets recalled in January because they need a full back or something, so we are left floundering looking to replace a player who will leave a hole in the team. Then that happens every season, with 2 or 3 players needing replaced every time.

Or the way I suspect it would go more often: the loanees come in, make no impact, cost us wages and we all sit here saying "what was the point in setting this up if all we're getting is ***** players?".
"...when Hibs won the Scottish Cup final and that celebration, Sunshine on Leith? I don’t think there’s a better football celebration ever in the game.”

To be fair, going by what Ben Kensell said on the podcast, he’s not heard a word about it since he arrived. Doesn’t look like it’s providing any benefit whatsoever.

Ross saying today that he’s looking a lot sharper.

Hopefully he gets a game and shows us what he’s capable of as when he’s fit and sharp he is a good player.

Not shown 10% of what he’s capable of yet.

Maybe tomorrow could be his 'Doidge McDiarmid Park revival' akin to Christians hat trick from nowhere 2 years ago?!

Hope he is but wonder if that’s got anything to do with the fact that we now need him. He was in Dingwall (walked past the Hibs fans at half time) but was obviously the spare man not stripped.

    We’ve needed him all season.

Aye I get that. Point being you drag someone away up to Dingwall and don’t give them a strip. Doidge and Boyle leave Dingwall with suspensions and suddenly Scott is looking a lot sharper…

I hope he is and scores tomorrow, incidentally.

Ross has got play him now or at least have him on the bench so I'd imagine he's saying that to give the boy a boost in confidence before tomorrow.
